These are foundation-customer rates. Once two paying case studies are live, list price moves to $12 (Comply) and $18 (Suite); every foundation customer keeps today’s rate for the life of their contract.
Start with a pilot
90 days, up to 50 workers, one site, for a fixed $2,500, credited in full against your first annual contract. It includes deployment support, one mid-pilot review, and a closing exposure report you keep regardless of what happens next.
How billing actually works
- Billed per enrolled worker: only workers in monitored roles, never every employee or admin seat.
- Monthly true-up for headcount changes; seasonal workforces pause enrolment without penalty.
- Dashboard and admin seats are unlimited and free. The dashboard is how you see the value.
- Entry floor, stated plainly: 25 workers × $9/worker/month × 12 months = $2,700/year for a single-module Comply account.
No hardware
No devices to buy, charge, or lose. Exposia runs on the Apple Watch your workers already wear. For workforces with low watch penetration, a managed-device tier (leased watches, MDM-enrolled) is available at +$8–10/worker/month.
